The aim of the group is to have fun while producing something which will provide entertainment and laughs for u3a members without taking ourselves too seriously.
The process begins by the group sharing ideas about the show to be produced in terms of telling the story. These ideas are then built upon and incorporated into a full script by the group coordinator and director again with contributions from the group.
We only require members to be familiar with the story and the script as members are allowed to access their scripts during a performance (the more familiar someone is with their role and script the more they will enjoy performing !). We also have a narrator and prompt for our productions and mistakes in performances are often (usually !) funnier than the script ! Actors abd non acting helpers welcome.
