Looking at the development of Philosophy from Plato and Aristotle to C20th philosophers such as Bertrand Russell and consider - not answer! - the big questions, Who am I? How can I lead a good life? etc. No previous knowledge required.
This will be on the 2nd Wednesday of every month 10:30 am to 12:30
The meetings will be in the Group Leader's home
We have discussed such people as Bertrand Russell and Wittgenstein, and such subjects as Democracy and Transcendence. Some future subjects (from June 2023) are Women Philosophers and whether Slime Molds are conscious.
The programme for 2023-2024 will be decided by the members.
