Group email: French Life and Language group
When: On Monday afternoons
1st Monday of the month 2-4pm
Venue: Llys Goodman

We welcome anyone who is interested in France and the French language.  Many of us enjoy holidays in France and some have made extensive visits there but it is always good to practise and hopefully improve!  Our members have differing degrees of fluency and we are happy to welcome members who don’t feel very confident, or would like to start by listening only.  Hopefully they will find their feet after a few meetings!

We often chat in French about something interesting we have been doing, - it helps to prepare something in advance so that we have the vocabulary at our finger tips!  Sometimes we have an article from a newspaper or magazine to read.

We usually try to organise an event in summer for Bastille Day, 14th July, a bring and share lunch, to which members are welcome to invite partners and friends.

We meet in Llys Goodman on the first Monday afternoon of the month, starting at 2pm and going on to about 4 pm – or as long as we can concentrate!

If you would like to join us please send an enquiry Julia Roberts and I will give you more details.
