A small, friendly group (maximum 6 dogs) aimed at dog owners who wish to take their dogs on decent, varied walks in the company of like minded people.  The walks will encompass the scenic and beautiful countryside around Ruthin and local villages.  We may explore lakes, forests, rivers, moorland, landmarks, reserves etc.   The aim is to visit interesting places and to interact with nature along the way.  Dogs need to be on leads at all times and well socialised with both other dogs and people.  Walking boots recommended and a backpack for essentials and refreshments both for you and your dog.  Sometimes we may visit a pub or cafe enroute.  Walking distances are likely to range from 3 - 7 miles and will include both easy and moderate terrains with no styles.  Planned monthly walks are to take place on the third Thursday of the month.  Starting times may vary depending on distance travelled to site but are likely to be around 11.00 am, give or take.  We will explore, enjoy and meet lovely people and their dogs.
